Job Description

We are looking for ambitious people for an exciting position with our firm, which is one of the fastest growing Wealth Management firms in the country. You will be an integral part of our team as you will work directly with our three departments, Tax, Law, and Finance. Success in this role means that you are demonstrating excellent technical expertise, while also using your strong interpersonal skills to guide our teams.


This position is a hybrid remote position in one of our corporate offices in Bay City, MI, Fort Myers FL, or Kalamazoo, MI. 35-50+ hours per week depending on job efficiency.


Principle Duties

  • Assist Wealth Managers and direct CPAs and Attorneys with client relationships.
  • Help craft and present leading edge Wealth Management, Retirement and Financial plans.
  • Create and Maintain all calendars including client appointments, referral appointments. Conduct client meetings from start to finish and complete the sales process .
  • Develop financial, legal and tax plans with the help of other Financial Advisors and analysts along with CPAs and Attorneys
  • Monitor any and all service issues to ensure a high quality response to clients.
  • Maintain a book of business via many different marketing strategies and techniques, all of which established and paid for by TriFound
  • Adherence to SEC and State licensing requirements
  • Maintain of Life / Health and Securities (series 65) licenses.
    • Must have passed prior to employment. Paid for by TriFound!


Requirements

  • Must have a year or more of proven success in the Insurance & Financial Industry or 5 years of sales experience success.
  • Compensation starting at $75,000 to $100,000 guarantee 1st year.
  • Uncapped earning potential (commission / fees)
  • Average Client Assets $1 Million to $10 Million
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great sales and communication skills REQUIRED
